Default [10 NL] Overpair sees top card pairing on turn

Villain is 70% vpip and 0% raise preflop over 65 hands. I assume he plays predictable postflop.

What to do on turn?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($16.80)
Button ($17.20)
SB ($9.65)
BB ($10)
UTG ($8.30)
Hero ($9.40)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.4</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls $0.40, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $0.30.

Flop: ($1.25) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $1</font>, Button calls $1, BB folds.
