Unless you have specific reads on this guy, I don't see a TAG limp-calling UTG with JJ+. I think you can pretty much cancel those hands out. You should probaly bet that turn most times, but chekcing every once and a while is alright to mix up your play.
Once you get to the river he could have
some missed straight draws- 67s, J9s, 79s
ATs, A8s, 108s or a set. possibly a weaker ten, which probably won't call that river bet.

Since you checked the turn, On the river i would probably go for a check-raise. The same hands that would call or raise your bet(two pair, set) will bet the river and you can raise all in, but you will also get villian to bluff with the missed straight draws.
