Probably. He might be floating you on the basis that he didn't think you could have hit that flop but without that read I'd fold too.

A9 off-suit is not a hand you should be raising when there are multiple limpers already in the pot. If you hit your Ace, then what? Your kicker is no good... You hit your 9, fantastic, so bet POT on that heavily drawy flop.
As of the turn, you have no idea where you stand, luckily you were able to make the easy fold on the turn... but if villain flat-calls the turn, there's another street for you to lose money on. |
