Default Cash Rookie needs basic help

i was wondering what program are players using when i see them posting their Graphs (hands played vs profit/loss)? and where i can get it? and how much does it cost? i think it has a lot of other stats as well: what positions you are playing your hands from, your raising frequency, and so on.

i used to be mainly LIVE cash player, played MTTs online when i had a chance, not trying playing cash online, but i feel like need all the help i can get. any help would be welcome, thank you in advance.

pokertracker for keeping stats on yourself and opponents (US$55)
PAHUD for overlaying stats on the tables you play ($25)
pokergrapher for producing the graphs you see around here (free)
