Default I want a V!!!

I want to be cut toned and v shaped by june 28th...
I am about 6"1 and i weigh 13stone. My stomach isnt toned at all.

After 3weeks of my workout in "is this enough" i have built muscle tone and have lost a lil fat.

Im trying to cut carbs out of my diet also, and eat alot of protein. Eg dinner would be pork chops, beans, a small potato.

But I have a few questions.

What would you consider a good GENERAL diet plan for my goals?...

What would you consider a good toning exercise, especially for a V shape?

How long do you think it CAN take to be relatively toned?

Lastly what benefits are there in doing squats to become toned cut and V'd up in the upper body, if any?

the answer to finding a nice taper is mostly in losing the fat around your hips/waist/love handles, can't have a V-taper if you are fat...

your low carb dinner seems pretty high in carbs to me, beans (depending on type) have carbs, some from fiber...same for potato, its probably too much to assume the potato is a sweet potato...on a low carb diet pretty much all your carbs should come from veggies (potato != veggie)...

squats build mass over your entire body, think of it this way, the movement of the exercise comes from the ground, but the load is on your shoulders, everything in between is gonna get worked to move the load...

oh yeah, deadlifts, rowing movements, and chin/pull ups will build a big back...im sure you can find a CT article in his HSS series that will outline a bunch of exercises for the back...

Your schtick was funny the first time, but you're rapidly approaching the level of annoying troll now.

Dear lord, is it too much to ask that people convert stuff to pounds and feet when they post here? And none of this crap like, 'well, the u.s. should switch to metric.' either. We're the best; that's the way it is.

Never said it was. Just pre-empting those that would make the kilo/meter argument. The u.s. can do what it wants and everyone else needs to adapt.
