if you have a strong reason to believe he's a nit who rarely bluffs in big pots i'd fold. I mean u did call a fairly large rr pre and a cbet on the flop, he's got to be somewhat scared.

however, my default is definitely to call here. The turn is a good card for him to semi-bluff ak and he knows a big part of your range is mid and low pps hoping for him to give up on turn that will most likely fold to a shove.
