(NL50) QQ facinig 3-bet from unknown is SB PF. Now what?

This is my third hand at the table (I just posted BB two hands ago and I folded both hands in the blinds). I have no read on SB.

I have 8 hands in the recent hand history and SB hasn't won a pot (so, he hasn't won a pot in the last 10 hands). That's all the info I have.
