Standard value bet because if he has Ax he's checking behind. Just bet something like $80 and hopefully he'll think he's splitting. I somewhat doubt he has KJ or AJ either so i wouldnt be too scared of being beat.

Think you're missing a fundamental point here. This is an easy value bet. He's gonna have an A here almost everytime and will generally call a half potish v-bet with it.

If he raises river you pretty much have to call the push unless you know the player v well and know he will never make a move like this without a better hand.

Not value betting here is playing way too scared. You need to try and avoid this 'what if he raises' attitude when you play and focus a lot more on extracting value from the hands you beat. Against the majority of fish out there I would value bet AQ in this spot. Remember fish very rarely cr the river and almost never do so as a bluff. However, they will call with a lot of junk!
