Default PL100 trips vs. possible lag

villain seems aggressive, do i have a better line?

I think you need to make up your mind on the flop, rather than just call the raise and invite further aggression.
Anyway, the flop is so bad for your average preflop raising hand that it would normally be a great spot for villain to try and put a move on you. I think I would have reraised flop if villain seemed like the kind to try an aggressive steal. After all he quite likely thinks you have AA.

problem with the flop is i could be up against QQ or Q9 or a wrap.

Since you have no draws to beat QQ or Q9 (realistically) then you shouldn't call his raise. IF that is what you are truly concerned about.

Call there if you have a backdoor low draw, but not without it (if you are going to call at all). If I have 9AK there then I'll go to the felt on the flop. Otherwise I bet/fold the turn against most.
