Wasn't Neteller supposed to be on trial again today (May 16th) or was it postponed yet again?

[/ QUOTE ]

So this is the 5th postponement. Is there anywhere I can place a wager that it will be postponed a 6th time?

Is this really gambling911's source: http://www.majorwager.com/forums/mes...ing-2-wks.html

How do you link that as a source in a "news" article? Unreal.

I am guessing it will be delayed at least until the 75 day plan comes out for settlement. They are probably just telling the judge they are working out terms and there is a lot of paper to sift through.

As usual, Gambling911 is attributing the story to a rather dubious source (link to MajorWager forum post).

If this news/rumor is true, then an actual hearing date would have been scheduled -- not another continuance (which are typically 30 days, not two weeks). This could be related to the June 4th deadline for details of the 75-day plan to be announced.

Yeah, if gambling911's report is accurate, it would seem very positive for us. I just thought citing a post on a message board as a source was pretty hilarious.
