you're playing at too tight of tables to be open-limping. Raise that shizzit up preflop. Also, I'm suspecting looking at the hand ranges below that you probably would have won this hand if you had raised preflop and driven out BB in the first place.
Putting BB on a hand is hard since he checked his option. He could have any number of things. Hands you fear after the c/r on the river are JT(16), T7(16), 75(16), 99(3), 88(3). Villain can also have Q9(9), Q8(9), Q6(3), 98(9), 96(3), 22(3). So looks like score is 54 losing, 36 winning. Since the straight hands are dominating his range, you should just call the river c/r. Raise preflop. The rest is fine. If he has 75, T7, or JT (took a stab at the flop and a loose peel), just take a note of his aggro play.
