Do any of you know wtf is up with wacko Paul Magriel and that insane tongue wagging that he seems not to be able to control??

The first time I saw him on tv back in '04 at the Ultimate Poker Challenge I thought I was looking at some kind of retarded ogre.

So what the heck is going on with Magriel and that crazy tongue wagging?
