Default Merging range against thinking TAGs

Lets give the whole value bluff thing a try

5-10 NL live, villian is a thinking TAG that knows I have a good read on him. Overall have been beating on him pretty badly. I had been 3 betting him both in position and out of position lightly preflop. 2 hands before I had 3 bet him pre with 34 clubs and check raise shoved a 2 club flop and showed after he folded.

Game is 6 handed, Hero has 2000, villian covers

Hero: J7 spades

MP calls, Villain raises to 40 on the button, hero raises to 130 in SB, MP folds, Villain calls

Flop: J 5 2 rainbow

Hero bets 200, villain insta calls

Turn: 6 (no flush draw)

Hero checks, Villain bets 600, Hero raises to 1670 allin

thoughts?
