Pre-flop he can have high say 88-JJ (maybe QQ),AQ-AT,KQ,KJs,QJs as a fairly arbitary range.

Flop he probably folds all but his pocket pairs. A player with his aggro stack would usually raise the flop here with all his XcYc range. His turn check also suggests that he isn't floating here.

So, his river range is fairly close to 88+. He folds all those without a club and calls only with Jc,Qc at best.

I have been pretty tight with his range all the way through this analysis, but not so much that it suggests that a push shove isn't good. He may have XcYc, but I would be surprised if he plays anything but Acxc like that on the turn. So, shove is cool with me.

I think he folds more than 40% of the time so it's a good shove.

You think it's reasonable for him to call with TT or would that make him a huge donkey?
