[ QUOTE ] awesome, but we need sng support since sng are such an all in fest it would be cool to see how we should have run, chipEv wise anyway. [/ QUOTE ] That's next on list. It's won't take long to do as the framework is all there, just a matter of finding the time. [/ QUOTE ] Phil, Stop eating and sleeping, quit your job, stop playing poker, and add tournament support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then you can continue on with your life. |

Re: Sklansky bucks calculator (php script)
[ QUOTE ]
So the better players will have all 3 lines pretty much the same? My red and blue line go 3 times higher then my green line. Does this mean I am running bad or playing bad? [/ QUOTE ] There isn't necessarily one ideal looking graph. The "Expected Total Winnings" line is the equity adjusted winnings which is the most accurate indicator of a player's true win rate. The different lines tell you how you make your money. For example tight, patient players will usually have a consistently steep "Expected Showdown Winnings" line. But they will also usually pay a heavy price for it... Namely all of the non-showdown pots that the player folds. That money is taken directly out of the "Total Winnings" line. Further down the spectrum, looser more aggressive players will be involved in a lot of pots with lighter holdings. As a result, that player will have a much flatter (or even negative) "Expected Showdown Winnings." But he should also have a higher "Total Winnings" line from all of the pots he steals without a showdown. It's a balancing act. |

Hi all, Finishing this thing is taking forever, so in the meantime I've removed the password protection from the latest pre-beta version. You can download it here I'll make a post with the proper version when it's ready - it's a major upgrade with many new features. In the meantime I hope this will keep everyone happy. Re: Sklansky bucks calculator (php script)
Wow, this is awesome.
Sadly, it looks as though I run good at showdowns and suck at poker? Am I interpreting that correct? |

Re: Sklansky bucks calculator (php script)
Ya you totally suck. On a serious note can someone please explain what the hell is going on here? I should be expecting to lose? Iam extremely frustrated with poker and trying to figure out what the hell Iam doing wrong (even though this is a small sample).

When we go to showdown we have a huge hand. This is what that steep red represents. We need to be more agressive, so we pick up more money without showdown. And/Or we need to see more showdowns with weaker holdings. (???) |
