Sounds pretty shady to me.. Isnt full tilt sponsored and owned by a group of pro players? You should see if you can get in contact with any of them.

SngChef is my cousin, I taught him how to play poker more or less (with the help of 2+2 books obv), and I really feel terrible about this whole thing.

He was worked super hard and is now grinding out and beating these 1-2 NL games for a decent winrate, and HE CAN'T GET PAID. If the second biggest site, and probably the most well known site by the public is still creating these problems and then not fixing them when we bring it right to their face then we have a real problem.

I actually had already stopped playing much on FTP because I dont trust them much, but I have 20K or so still in there. It is pretty much only in there cause I dont trust the cashout methods and dont want to go through hoops.

I know a decent amount of people in the poker world and I plan to make this situation more and more visible, because that seems to be the only way u can hit these guys in the place it matters to them (their pockets).

Nothing yet. UB told me in the email that I should wait for another check to arrive but it hasn't came yet of course.

I don't have a link, or even the name of the site (Stars, maybe??), but a couple of weeks ago there was a thread where the site responded to a similiar situation.

The gist was that the site was trying to keep as little money in whatever account their check processor draws from, in order to limit their risk should it all be siezed. A small accounting error, and wham.....checks are bouncing left and right.
