starting hand info for newbie

my fold preflop is around 50% and i am very loose from the button in limped pots. i have played omaha and omaha HL and been a winning player but i think that my post flop decision making is hindered by making too many tougher than a beginner omaha player should or could be making. i have read some threads and books on omaha but some more definitve starting hands from what positions would be helpful.
