Re: 22$ AKo early stage TPTK two villains
[ QUOTE ]
eww dont limp this hand [/ QUOTE ] Here's why I am considering a limp UTG this early. This is a drawing hand like any other, and you dont want a coin flip for a larger part of your chips here. Limp and pay close attention to the preflop and postflop betting. Let go of the hand if it's to much action behind you. If there is a lot of limpers, somebody will probably draw to a straight (if it isn't already made) on this flop. I would bet 100 or something to this flop, but fold to a reraise. What I am trying to say is that it is much too early to get too involved here, and people tend to loose a lot with AK early and only win small pots with the hand. |

Re: 22$ AKo early stage TPTK two villains
I think a AKs/AKo are strong enougher to raise with even in early stage. If you get too many callers your probably done with the hand if u don't flop well or get reraised hard preflop. And If you can isolate this hand to one or two guys you either flop good like Axx/Kxx and can stack someone calling your raise PF with KQ/KJ/AQ/AJ or your just done with it. xx obv. shouldnt be cards in the playing zone.
Thats what this taught me might be a good play for AK in early stage. It's to weak to limp, imo. |
