I did. 4 > 3 > 1 >2 and it's still not close.

4= A+
3 = A
1= A-
2 = B

but it's all relative because compared to network TV season 2 is still a straight A.

Anyone voting who hasn't seen season 4 better have gone blind or something in the interim.
