Default Do they have satellites for most of the WSOP side events?

Do they have WTA single table satellites and multitable supersatellites at the Rio the day before most WSOP side events?

They run single table tourneys that pay lammers that can be used to buy into any event you like, but they aren't sats per se. I don't think there are any supers to events other than the ME and the 50k HORSE event. I don't remember any last year.

For the supers, do you win 10k/50k in tourney dollars or do you have to register for that event?

During the WSOP Media telecon a few weeks ago, Harrah's said they would be broadening the number and types of satellites this year. It sounded like they would continue the SNG's but also add some lower buy-in multi-tables.

It'd sure be nice if they announced the details on these satellites soon since the series starts in just a few short weeks.

Hey, do they ever run Omaha sit and gos or MTTs with lammers for prizes? A buddy of mine wants to "satellite in" to the $1,500 O8 but hates Hold'em.

Last year the night before an event other than hold 'em they would run Single table satellites for whatever event was the next day. For example, the night before the O8 event they would run a few O8 satellites. All were single table as the only multi-table satellites they ran were for the main event.
