I think Savoy has a trendy ring to it...a place called Savoy just opened up where I live, it's like the place you're describing, just not downtown. People may associate it with France, or with the old Harlem clubs like the Cotton Club and Small's Paradise.

Whatever you name it, you need to have "Thee" at the beginning. Thee makes everything sound classier. Case in point, on Monday Night Football when players introduce themselves, doesn't Thee Ohio State University sound better than just Ohio State University.

You could call it "Thee Lounge" then when people ask about it everyone would be confused about which lounge you are talking about. And confusion is trendy!
