Default 33 in BB facing a raise

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP1 (t1160)
MP2 (t1490)
MP3 (t1350)
CO (t590)
Button (t1500)
SB (t2120)
Hero (t1500)
UTG (t2350)
UTG+1 (t1440)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3, 3.
[color=#CC3333]UTG raises to t100</font>, [color=#666666]8 folds</font>.

Final Pot: t130

Just wondering how I'm suppose to play these small pairs. Is there a call and hope to flop the set or just to fold and move onto the next hand?

reasons why this is a fold
1.. its too much of your stack
2 .. noone else entered the pot
3 .. you are out of position
