I looked through the archives via the search function, but there does not seem to be a general concensus about this. In my specific situation, I have a Chinese mailing address, Chinese utility bill, and Chinese bank account. Will I be able to play on partypoker in China? If so, once my PP account is created, will I be able to play on it from the US?

I expect you should be fine to play on the Party site from China, but depends if PP are IP blocking from the US.
Question is whether Party can decipher a Chinese utility bill. I expect they might not accept payments from Chinese bank accounts so you might well need to set up a Neteller China account up. |

How disturbing is it that you can play on Party Poker from China and not the U.S.? Maybe I should become a Communist so I will have more freedom.
F***ing republicans. |

Can Chinese Netellers be set up if I already own a (defunct) American one? If so, will it be funded with an American or Chinese bank account? Thanks in advance.

Anthony, I was in china recently.
Party themselves voluntarily block chinese IPs. You would need to use a proxy. Stars works fine. |

Party determines if your IP is from the US so if you play from a US IP they will block you.
