MLB starting lineups

So after digging through the internet a couple of weeks I found sites that cover most of my need for baseball info - except starting lineups. Where do you find them and how long before the game are they available??

MLB.com lists them in the game day app. No idea if anyone else does it.

The fastest ones I've seen are posted by Foxsports. They are usually up about an hour before the game starts. MLB's are almost always behind them.
