Default How is this wrong ??

Probability of hitting a flush on turn or river according to a sklanksy chart: 35%

My calculations: (9/47) + (9/46) = 38.7%

What the hell am i doing wrong ?

according to your calculations, if half the deck are outs then you will hit every single time.
