yea I've come around. If villain is TAG and the other guy in there on the flop is reasonable, flop bet is fine. In the games I play, flop bet is basically spew.

call river for sure, you'll see worse hand the 1 in 4.5 times you need to. He can have have QJ/98 on bluff figuring you'll fold the KQ/KJ and for sure the times you have QQ/JJ.
He can have slowplayed AK, now rasing for value against your KQ. Also potentially something like Ac7c/8c7c. Also,he may have backdoored worse flush. Granted, if he's tag, he probably has boat over 50% of time, but its still a call imo for sure.

As far as cbet question, its a good flop. If you're image is good and players are reasonable cbet for sure with K out there. If you've been super active and they're sick of it, I dont hate a check.
