Default Compact, durable, travel laptop suggestions

Hi,

I'm going to Europe, and I don't want to bring my Mac Book Pro because I'll be moving around a lot, and I don't want it broken or stolen.

Luckily, my computing needs abroad will be limited to Microsoft Word, internet use (will not need much), and Final Draft 7 (screenwriting software). That's it. Good battery is reasonably important. Most of all, I want a tiny little thing that I can toss around and use for 6 months.

Thanks,
AG

pppps this is a cross post from the computer forum, but nobody goes there and i'm leaving soon
