Re: (109 speed) 5-handed, facing two all-ins with 77
He did think for a bit. At least 10 sec. (In a speed, that's a lot)

Re: (109 speed) 5-handed, facing two all-ins with 77
[ QUOTE ]
Ballpark #'s are... Fold - 25% Call + win - 39% Lose to B - 15.3% Lose to SB - 18%, 22.7% So the EV of calling is about... 25.6% This assumes the 36/34/30 win distribution and a 55/45 win against the button in case the SB wins. So yeah call. [/ QUOTE ] Why ballpark it when you seem to have most of the math done? Now you've forced me to use Excel. The ICM numbers are really... Fold - 24.74786% *** See below Call + win - 38.95% Lose to B - 15.4% Lose to SB/lose side pot - 13.32% Lose to SB/win side pot - 22.4% You had the "lose side pot" at 18%, not 13.32%. Double check it. *** I did my "Fold ICM" by doing weighted average based on whether Button or SB would win the hand after you fold. ICM is 25.23 if button wins. 24.34 if SB wins. SB is 54.091% in 1st example below. Anyway, with the 36.05/30.477/33.473 that tigerite gave. I have calling as +0.091%. I originally did it with tigerite's first range (button=top30%, sb=top20%). This is tighter, and includes... B (30%):55+,A2s+,K5s+,Q7s+,J8s+,T8s+,98s,A7o+,A5o,K9 o+,Q9o+,J9o+,T9o SB (20%): 66+,A4s+,K8s+,Q9s+,J9s+,T9s,A9o+,KTo+,QTo+,Jto This gives me -0.4546% for calling. Here is my spreadsheet. I'm exhausted. |

PVS,
You are right. I put in 3000 instead of 2000 for the said case. I [censored] it up. Edit - Sorry for the sloppy work. |

Re: (109 speed) 5-handed, facing two all-ins with 77
Actually the ranges I did are also 30%/20%, but not KS-chart ones, I instead used pokerstove and came up with what I thought to be reasonable push ranges for button and call ones for SB. They may, however, be totally out, but I can't honestly see SB calling JTo, J9s,T9s,Q9s etc..?
