2 questions HELP!

how do i post a pic in forum if it doesnt have an adress(its a picture in my email inbox). and also my laptop doesnt work off anyone elses modem but mine for internet (only works when internet cord is plugged in at my house). HELP!! ty

for the picture --

download the picture to your HD and host it with say www.image-shack.com

just goto the site, browse to the location on your computer where the image is stored then click the 'host it' button. You can then copy and paste the 'hotlink for forums' text into your message and it should work.
