I don't like it. Without doing the math, I'd guess UTG+1 has to be folding a whole lot here to make pushing profitable. Without a read, I've got no reason to think a player will raise that much and fold AKo, 99-JJ, or anything else you'd like him to. I'd be a little more inclined to consider it without the limper, but raising a limper is a pretty strong play from UTG+1.
