Default SC street by street - 400nl

Villian is 25/20/2.7 over 400 hands. seems quite spewy and pretty bad overall despite apparently solid stats.

i dont know whether i should have bet the turn in the first place. i figured i had pretty good FE here, but i was also aware that the villian was playing very spewy/aggro at the time.

who bets this turn, and what do you do in the face of the checkraise?

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

Against this villain you only have fold equity against hands you beat. That doesn't mean you should chek obv, but thi nasty spot is a good reason to check. I would be more inclined to bet the 65hh here. As it is, I think you have a close call.

I mix up betting and checking in these spots, now that you've bet you have to call his checkraise because there's a good chance all your outs are clean. He probably never folds a better hand if you push, so don't waste the money on it.

what about raise on the flop? i'd raise here with set, straight draw, why not with TP against aggro villian?

98s in position vs. a bad and spewy player? Seems like an easy call with 100bb behind.

There nothing wrong with preflop, IMO, but I check this turn most of the time. As played, call.

To Isura's question, what do you want FE against?

Does someone think that never folding (calling or 3-betting) this hand in this spot with these stacks vs anyone is a leak?
