Default TT in sb - $27 sat

This is from a $27 sub-satellite to an aussie millions qualifier ($80 seat) on pacific, top 6 get a ticket and there are 17 of the starting 20 left. Play is fairly bad and quite loose/passive. In the second level (15/30) and I have 1030, there is 1 stack of just over 2000 (UTG+1) and one stack of 1300 (UTG) and and everyone else has around 1000.

UTG, UTG+1, MP1 and MP3 limp, everyone else folds round to me with TT in the sb. I decide to make a big raise (300), with the intention of shoving any flop if called in 1 spot (would be almost exactly a PSB) and evaluating if called in more than 1. Thoughts?
