I live in Japan(Help me deposit)
I have all american bank accounts. I want to play party but have a account from 4 years ago. I just went near busto on stars, and wanna play on party.Even if I open a account on party how do I deposit? My Credit cards dont work and epassporte is a joke

You can try buying a visa gift card or do a bank wire transfer.

Are you going to be here a while? If so, it may be easiest to open a Japanese bank account, then open a Neteller account and connect to it. Neteller still works fine for Japan residents, and Party will accept Neteller transactions for Japan residents.
Cashing out might be a bit more problematic. I was using the Neteller cash card for my occasional cashout, but they cancelled the service recently, as you probably know. I saw a web article recently about Neteller arranging cash card service for Europe and Asia players via a new card processing company, but have not seen any communication from Neteller about that yet.
