Dead money doesn't matter if UTG shoves. He's not shoving after raising UTG and getting reraised (by a relatively nittish player) and another playing 4-betting (from the blinds) unless he has AA/KK.
I'd call and evaluate. Putting both your opponents on a light range is overly optimistic, and I could never call a shove in this spot. |

i'm not putting both opponents on a light range. i'm assuming CO 3bets stuff like TT+ and at least AJ+ so i could make him fold out a large part of his range. though i'd still be in a tight spot against UTG, i don't know how 4bet/fold to utg's shove looks tho
