They took our money. That is what is going on.
Almost 4 months now of holding my money hostage with no real reason. |

Re: Neteller Card Worldwide Shutdown
Monday, June 4 is the deadline for the announcement of NETeller's 75 day plan.
Tuesday, July 10 is the 270-day deadline for the US gov't to release details on UIGEA (assumes the countdown started on October 13 when Bush signed it into law). Monday, July 16 is the deadline for NETeller to resume trading shares or be delisted from AIM. |

Re: Neteller Card Worldwide Shutdown
[ QUOTE ]
Monday, July 16 is the deadline for NETeller to resume trading shares or be delisted from AIM. [/ QUOTE ] Would I be correct in assuming that some sort of management buyout would have to take place if Neteller does not resume public trading of the stock? Does anyone know what Neteller's market cap was before the stock was suspended? Does the management have the funds for an MBO or would there need to be debt or private equity financing? It seems that having this situation with the US customers unresolved would make it more difficult for them to get financing at the rates they might want? So, unless they have the necessary funds to complete an MBO without need of financing, it definitely would seem to be to Neteller's advantage to bring this situation to a close within the next couple months even if they are not planning to remain publicly traded. Whether or not the DOJ will let this happen is a different issue... |
