I'd fold flop. Middle pair with a c-bet from an UTG raiser and a caller in front of you isn't good enough imo.

Fold flop. Open shoving turn is reasonable.

Hmm. I guess the PF call could be questioned, but I like to do it myself sometimes to steal the flop if low cards come off. Here you made second pair, BUT: As I see it, there's 2 problems here. The Jack could easily fit into someones AJ or KJ. Second problem is CO called after UTGs bet. So it's fair to assume you're beat, even if UTG was just c-betting.

On turn you should DEFINATELY fold IMO. Forget about your draw, in the end it might not be good enough after all.
I think CO could easily have a hand like AJ/KJ of diamonds.
He isn't bluffing when there's 2 others in the hand at turn. He's got something, and it's very, very likely that you can't beat it.

EDIT: Missed the open ended straight. If you had that AND FD at flop, I might push it. At turn I would still fold.

I fold flop, as played on turn I fold.
Looks like hes made his straight or is on a flush draw, which will prob beat yours, so you may not have many outs.

UTG just continuation betting some high cards, I would probably call him HU no that flop... CO behind you, I'm folding this flop 90%. As played I fold turn as well.
