i say biggie. my second choice is big l.
i don't think big l was destined to become better than biggie / pac / nas / jay et al. he had flow but he seemed to be basically a punchline/mixtape/battle rapper, i'm not convinced he was ever going to be more than that. without a doubt the best of his kind though.

Tupac Shakur and it's not even close. All this crap they're releasing since he died(for the most part) sucks. He was way more than just a rapper though.

May 2004, Marlon Brando was killed after being struck by a minivan that ran a red light and jumped a curb in The Bronx. Brando died on the scene shortly after the ambulance's arrival. No Pigeons video on youtube.
