Default Body Fat % - is this right?

A pretty simple question here I guess - I just want to confirm it.

A recent body composition test listed me at 197lbs with 41.5lbs of fat mass for a body fat % of about 21%.

Say my goal is to reach 10% body fat and around 185lbs. So basically I have to lose 23lbs of fat and add 11lbs of lean body mass.

This sounds like an exceptionally difficult task - am I looking at this the right way?

Well its not that you will be losing all the fat first and then gain the muscle...you will have some offset as you lift
