Default NL200 - AK - Call a C/R on Flop?

Villain is 37/6. No HH for this one, sorry.
Villain has 120$, I cover.

PF (3$): Hero is CO with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 4 folds, Hero raises to 10$, 2 folds, BB calls 8$, UTG+1 calls 8$

Flop (31$): K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
BB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets 24$, BB raises to 110$, Hero???

Call? Fold? Thoughts?

You have odds of 76:165, so you need to win this, one out of three times to make it profitable. Because he is smallstacked you would say he won't play weak draws OOP, only AQs i think. Other hands could be KQs or JTs, but that would be very aggressive to play them like that (knowing of course he has some FE). I think calling isn't bad, folding neither, it is marginal, it really depends on how he has behaved on the table.

happy birthday fish!

fwiw i usually call vs guy with fishy stats on a draw heavy board and he is short. You could see kq or draw here enough to make it worthwile for the odds you are getting. You probably saw kj which is right in a 37/6 sweetspot for calling 1/12 stack preflop oop on bodog.
