Default How do Blackjack Tourneys work in Los Angeles?

Are the blackjack tournaments at Commerce, Bike, Hustler, etc, basic vegas style blackjack, or no-bust/alternative blackjack type games? Also, is counting against the rules in a tournament, and so it's penalized somehow? Or no big deal since the house already took their cut?

How do they penalize you if you're counting? From what I remember the bj games suck there, but I don't know about tourneys. In general, however money management is more important than counting. Don't waste your energy counting in tourneys. Would reply more, but your avatar is too distracting/bothering when I'm trying to type
