Default Woods 20, guess I was way ahead!

Typical foxwoods 20, New to the game no real reads
Hero UTG raises with 1010
4 cc + 2 blinds 7 to the flop

Flop K Q K Rainbow
Blinds check, Hero checks(?) (intending on C/F) 2+2er next to me is sweating this hand and questions this action after the hand. I almost always bet this out, give me one less caller and I think I would have

action checks around (wow)

turn is a brick lets say a 7
Hero bets, (intending on b/f) action folds around to the button who calls
2 to the river

bricked river lets say a 4
Hero c/c standard, right?

Induced the bluff, villian has ace high

How do all streets look
-Thanks

You should really avoid posting results - it will skew the analysis.

I think I'd play this same way, although I'm really mixed about whether or not to bet the flop.

I like the turn bet and the river check/call.

I like it. River can go either way. You may get a call from 55-99 or A7 that thinks you missed everything, so there's some merit to a value bet here.

i would bet, you're not ahead that often but you don't need to be... 14sbs in the pot, if by any chance you are ahead you have to bet and a lot of folks will fold a lot of things you want to...

I agree with this - one SB in this spot is a small price to play not only to get some folds (and poss get into a spot where betting the turn could take it down), but it also will make the hand much easier to play and avoid a guessing game on the big bet streets.

If I checked this flop I would probably check the turn as well to induce a bluff and keep myself from being bluff raised.

As played I would put villian on 55-99. Depending on the villian I would either value bet river if villian is a weaker player that would call with worse and not bluff raise or c/c if he's the type of villian that would value bet 55-99.

I don't understand what the villian was thinking on the hand. My initial thought was he called the turn with ace high thinking his hand was best, but then why is he betting the river. Did he call just with the intent of bluffing river? I couldn't imagine him thinking you'd fold 55-jj to his bet. Considering the way the villian played the hand you got maximum value. However I can't imagine how you could predict his very irrational play.
