Do you guys enjoy the tournament circuit

I am a cash game internet player have made very good money grinding 10-20 25-50, avgs around 100 a month. I am considering going on the tournament circuit, i would like to give abit of feedback on people who have done the circuit, i would be travelling alone, do you guys enjoy it?One of my problems is when i am in the us i can't access my online site. Looking for opinions and advice thanks

The circuit is fun at times, but just like playing online it becomes a grind if you get to much of it. I spent alot of the spring on the road, on the circuit, traveling alone. The problem is that unless you are very independant, you get stuck without much besides poker. For me I just could not do that.

Without friends traveling with you I think you're better off picking a few events you'd like to go play, and spend a week or two at those events.
