Default 50NL - Turn decision with 67s

I have been playing pretty tight for the past 1/2 hr, not really active, raising occasionally.

Btn has been kinda lagg, I expected that he'd reraise AK and prob most pairs.

SB has been extra loose, the min reraise to me could be alot more than QQ+

here's the hand,opinions?

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $86.65
BB: $84.70
UTG: $61.20
Hero (MP): $54.35
CO: $48.75
BTN: $54.80

Preflop: Hero is dealt 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG calls $0.50, Hero raises to $2.50, CO folds, BTN calls $2.50, SB raises to $4.50, 2 folds, Hero calls $2, BTN calls $2

Flop: ($14.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB bets $5, Hero calls $5, BTN folds

Turn: ($24.50) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero ???

check.
an ok general rule for turn play:
taking the free card >>>>>>>> semibluffing

I'd add "When in position" to the beginning of that rule.

SB seems weak, maybe AK AQ. I bet 17-18 and insta-call if he shoves.

Hero should raise. He has got at least 15 outs (flush and straight draw), if SB has a pre-made hand or even trips you can overplay him.

I would bet 3/4 of the pot now, I'm wondering what you think of that.

I agree - What do you do if river is a blank and it is checked to you again? A justification for semibluffing on the turn is that you will not be making a total bluff, or it will at least be setting up a more logical bluff on the river.

I would not be so quick to count any clubs as an out. Getting it AI here means that you are probably a 3-1 dog (unless villain has a bigger draw in which case you are crushed). Take the free card, hero's hand is well disguised and he can expect to get some more $$$ out of villain on the river if he hits.

Interesting point of view, that's something I lack. I have the bad tendency to bet and your approach seems tricker et less risky.
