4-bet pre.

Since you didn't, shove now. JJ and TT are never folding, and AK isn't likely to put in more money unless it improves (and if he has A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]K/Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], he's calling your shove anyway).

In hindsight I agree that bet/fold is the wrong move here. But I still think leading is the best play bc it protects giving a free card and bet/shove negates the positional disadvantage.

The positional disadvantage is very big w QQ here. To the point that I think 4bai pf is also a viable option, especially against a good post flop player. In the process of finding this thread again there were multiple threads on every page involving QQ. More on QQ than any other hand, giving evidence to the challenges of playing it out of position.
