I've read a lot about it and tried to do as much prudent research to determine whether or not to add it to my supplement list for athletic performance, and I really can't come up with any good evidence that proves it is effective in humans. We know that Resveratrol can be metabolized quickly in lower doses (20-50 mg), but bioavailability for humans is low compared to mice and other test subjects where extreme athletic and anti-aging effects were found.
