Ship it! I lost a few pots afterwards though, stole some chips on the bubble, but busted a little later.

Fold preflop, fold flop. SB called your re-raise cold with 2 people behind him who'd already shown interest. He is quite strong, and you can safely put him on the kind of hand that he actually had. When he pushes that flop, I'd put him on little else. The flush draw is possible, but if that's what he had it's too likely that someone else behind him has the AK and will look him up.
