Re: beat: first day back grinding
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] the responses really made me smile. btw, everyone suggesting a break doesn't realize that i've been ON one; i've been traveling the last five weeks and have played almost no poker (except those two times i went deep in the sunday million). today was my first full day back home, and i'd been fired up about playing again because i felt like i was thinking more clearly about poker, and it was showing in my posts and discussions. then i actually put in a full day and dropped a lot of money. i was very frustrated. never fear, though. i will be back! [/ QUOTE ] Last time I checked discussing poker MDMA style doesnt get you annywhere except beating the 1/2 NL games...... [/ QUOTE ] OK that was really funny, point taken. In fact, this might be the most I've laughed at anything you've ever written, especially because I like reading MDMA's posts |

Nath,
you have always been a self centred scumbag ready to tell the world how awesome you are, the news of you losing money is like the sound of diamond raindrops falling to me ears. long may it continue. |

Re: beat: first day back grinding
Nath, have you considered getting a job? Not trying to diss you, but I feel like the most impassioned posts from you are the ones where you are "always getting your money in good and getting beat" and you usually "just can't handle it any more" or you're "just so depressed from poker that you don't know if you can go on" or you're "running worse than you could have ever possibly imagined." Either that, or you're boasting about your shot-taking, your WSOP accomplishment, and your ability to beat great pro players, or whatever. Where's the balance?
I hope you realize you're not special and and that most of us deal with the exact same sh*t that you do, except we don't freak out over it repeatedly in public. Seriously, you might want to consider another line of work or adopting a different approach to this whole "poker" thing, because at the end of the day no one really cares about your results or emotional relationship with the game, besides you. Again, not trying to diss you, but if these posts are to be taken at face value, you need a dose of reality bro. |

Re: beat: first day back grinding
Nath, I think you really need to take a break, just like 3 days. This always helps me clear my head and I know it will do wonders for you. Also, that should include no 2p2
