PF is ok, 4 betting will leave you with a really awkward stack size oop and force you to call a shove and pray for ak. You have no reason to assume your hand is not best, especially bvb against someone with those stats. If you are donking the flop to induce a bluff shove, then fine but dont do it without a strong read going beyond simple HUD stats. Otherwise I feel that donking the flop will get him to fold hands you beat that he would normally bet if checked to, losing you money. If you check call your hand is pretty face up as a mid pair but a CRAI will never fold better. Pick your poison I guess, I would love to hear other opinions on this.

seems aggro, check raise all in to get value from unpaired hands. you're ahead of his range (i assume he 3 bets a fair bit IP) so gamble it up. If he bets ~$5 it's not even that much of an overbet. You'll probably be dominated if called, so you might want to check this with a quick EV calculation.

I think I'd bet and call a push against a dude with these stats.
