i check the turn and it makes the river really easy to play.

and checking the turn to call a bet on the river doesn't make any sense because what's bluffing or value betting that we beat?

I'd rather bet because in villain's mind there is some chance Hero is floating. This enables you to get value from worse hands. Also, you have the majority of his range crushed and he is definitely calling with all weaker A's.

OP,
I think you played it fine, but I think folding the river is optimal. It seems like such a strong line to take with a worse hand. I don't seem him c/c the turn in order to lead the river with air.

I would fold the river. I prefer checking the turn tbh, but I don't think betting is all that bad.

I usually reraise preflop...

I think the hand is fine besides river, which I would fold.

I dont mind a 3bet pf either. I also would normally check the turn and bet river for value or call a bet. As played I fold the river.
