i think u have to take that quote "raise that [censored] up" in context. it's referring to those who just limp PPs/SCs first into the pot, and when there is a reasonable amount of fold equity at the table.

but now there is already a limper in front of u and u have a marginal hand, u want to see the flop cheap.

as for the flop i think i take the free card. but as played u have to fold to the checkraise. as mentioned above u have no fold equity and could be way behind.
